About Ashleigh

Born and raised in Melbourne, Ashleigh comes from an upbringing where life was strongly encouraged by movement through sports and dancing. Early on, this invoked a strong link between movement and wellbeing.

Yoga originally presented itself as an offering for stress relief by a work colleague, and then became the missing link that movement was providing Ashleigh as a child through dancing.

Seeking for more, Ashleigh completed her Yoga Teacher Training along the guidance of Chris Wilson, Cassie Lee & Manoj Dias at Power Living, Melbourne. Since then, she continues to expand her education through more Yoga trainings and is also a Ceremonial Cacao Facilitator using the Maltyox Gratitude Method and Sound Ceremony Facilitator.

Between the movement, the mindfulness & all the other components that Yoga has to offer, it has become a strong philosophy for living.

Since becoming a mother to her 9 month old son Remi ~ she believes that he has become her biggest mindfulness teacher. Ashleigh teaches at yoga studios around Melbourne and runs Lunar Moon events frequently that incorporates yoga, ceremonial cacao circle and sound journey.

Since completing her training, Ashleigh has undertaken further mentoring from senior teachers around Melbourne, multiple trainings and workshops and in addition has co-facilitated 200hr Teacher Trainings at Yoga 213 in Richmond, Melbourne and Serenity Yoga in Lembongan, Bali.

ripples.

When you create a difference in someone's life, you not only impact their life, you impact everyone influenced by them. No act is ever too small.

One by one.

This is how we make the ocean rise.
